James L. Motte, CPA, CFP® is the Chief Compliance Officer at BCS Financial, LLC. James joined the firm in April 2004 from Blackburn, Childers & Steagall, PLC where he had been employed in the audit and tax departments since January 1999. James graduated from East Tennessee State University, in December 1998, with his B.B.A. in Accountancy. He is a certified public accountant as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner. In addition, James is a member of the Tennessee State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
